RILE Lightweight Design

The object of the company is the development, qualification and production of lightweight components based on new materials for high-performance mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, racing, the aerospace industry, medical technology and other sectors. Innovative materials, in particular plastics and carbon fiber composites (carbon/CFRP), are processed using moulds. By using rapid manufacturing, workpieces are produced without moulds.

As a result of continuous investment, we have state-of-the-art machinery at our disposal. Thanks to all common and modern manufacturing processes, we produce composite components and additively manufactured parts made of metal and plastic, including the corresponding surface coating. Quality assurance is carried out by means of the latest tactile and scanning metrology. Further manufacturing processes for post-processing are available within the group of companies.
